What is included in this 6 month package?

Deliverables include a semi-custom brand suite with all necessary files, a 3 page microsite, a slew of marketing tech support and 6 monthly in-person workshops.
How long does the the process take?

Your brand will be ready to launch in 6-8 weeks, with 6 full months of support from start to finish.
I'm not sure what I actually want. Can you just figure it out?

We'll figure it out together, but you should have a general idea of your business goals and how you serve your customers. If you can provide that for us, we can design a brand that helps you meet your goals and communicates well to your target audience.
What if I don't like it? Are revisions included?

You are afforded one revision (not re-do) on one concept. Additional revisions are available at $150/hour, and can usually be made quickly if you provide quality feedback for our team.
What kind of support do you offer after the project is completed?

Our monthly workshops are designed to teach you how to manage your own marketing while you are in startup mode, but we're always here. Our bread and butter is full brand management with a wide array of support service. We can always discuss a more elaborate engagement - whenever you're ready!
Can I trademark my logo?

At this stage in the game, you often don't need to. This is a semi-custom brand, meaning we may use existing, commercially available elements in your brand identity that you will not be able to trademark. If you feel you need to develop a trademarkable brand with full buyout rights, please speak with us about our full services.
I'm part of an MLM and trying to grow my own brand, will you work with me?

Watson works with parent brands like these, but as an individual distributor, we ask you to look to your company to provide marketing resources.
I'm a real estate agent, will you work with me?

What is your approach to understanding our brand and target audience?

You'll get access to and training for a condensed version of Watson's Brand Discovery process which incudes brand development and audience persona creation.
I really want to self-manage my marketing and my website. Is that possible?

YES! That's why we created this package. While you should not plan on self-managing forever, a certain amount of bootstrapping is required of all entrepreneurs. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and training you need to look professional through the DIY phase.

PROCESSS

How it Works

Submit your application to join our next cohort today. These open up every 90 days to a maximum of 6 clients per session. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

If accepted, you'll meet with our Creative Director for a 30 minute kickoff; then, we'll work together to build your custom brand and website over the next 4 weeks.

For the next few months, our hands-on workshops will train you on the tools you need to bootstrap your marketing on your own terms. These are bring-your-laptop and get it done together classes, not theoretical lectures. We'll combine those with analytics reports on how your site is performing so far, and give you the tools to adjust course as needed.
